This fiberglass filter mesh is special for foundry to filtering in metal molten water,such as Aluminum water, Iron water, Steel water.
The mesh sizes available are 0.6×0.6mm, 0.8×0.8mm, 1.0×1.0mm, 1.2×1.2mm, 1.5×1.5mm, 2.0×2.0mm. The sheet dimensions are 400×450mm, 300×450mm, 300×150mm, and any other size is available as your request.
Using our fiberglass filter mesh can achieve the below purposes:
◆Get rid of the blister, oxide with dust and other inclusions and harmful impurities to eliminate the gas eyes, slag eye to improve casting yield and the quality of appearance and the inner quality.
◆Improve the mechanical ability of casting after filtration, such as stiffness of casting, the surface and strength of resisting bend.
