Introduction to Flour Mill Mesh

Flour mill mesh is an essential component in the milling process of flour production. It plays a crucial role in separating and refining particles, ensuring the flour meets desired quality standards. PFM flour mesh is special designed for milling industry,such as flour milling,corn milling,and other grains milling.



PFM Screen’s Flour Mill Mesh Category

PFM nylon flour mesh includs PA-GG series, PA-XX series and PA-XXX series. 



PA-GG series flour mesh is mainly used in coarse screening and peeling screening.  The PA-GG series of flour mill mesh, featuring a plain weave design with significantly enhanced elasticity, boasts thicker yarn and larger mesh openings, making it an ideal substitute for stainless steel mesh in coarse sieving applications. Furthermore, the nylon flour mesh within this series excels in wear resistance, outperforming polyester mesh in durability.

PA-XX series flour mesh is most widely used in the flour milling. This flour mesh is made of mono filament and double filament and the interweave double filament make the mesh surface much more coarse and therefore improve the screening effect.

PA-XXX series flour mesh has the highest tension during nylon flour mesh. Because it woven with the thicker threads to reduce the opening area, which make it has long service life.

Functions of Flour Mill Mesh
