Papermaking Forming Fabric

According to the weaving, papermaking forming fabric can be divided into 4-shed single-layer fabric, 5-shed single-layer fabric, 8-shed single-layer fabric, 7-shed double-layer fabric, 8-shed two and a half layer fabric, 16-shed two and a half layer fabric etc.

4-shed single-layer forming fabric is standard type of polyester forming fabric in paper making, which is suit for hygienic paper, cultural printing paper, packing paper and so on.

5-shed single-layer forming fabric is suit for hygienic paper, cultural printing paper and packing paper,etc.

8-shed single-layer forming fabric is the most wear-resisiting one in the single-layer series, with long performance life and relatively deep wire mark on the paper. It is mainly used to make the paper for paper bag, kraft paper, cardboard and corrugated paper, etc.

7-shed double-layer forming fabric is suit for high quality printing paper and tissue paper, etc.

8-shed double-layer forming fabric is suit for high quality printing paper and tissue paper, etc.

8-shed, 16-shed two and a half layer fabric is suit for high quality printing paper and various kinds of paper.

Multi-shed three-layer fabric is suit for high quality printing paper, tissue paper and cigarette paper, etc.
